Stress level extremely high! It’s the stage of the trip that I know what I’m taking, but it’s either on my back or in the laundry. There are piles of “stuff” here and there and my office looks like a recent war zone! Suitcases, shoes and bubble wrap occupy space I usually use for walking . . . to the window to open and close the blinds or to the closet for more paper for my printer.
I kick things aside to accomplish my goals!
This morning I lost it! I changed my mind about a dress I’m taking, but then that’s a woman’s prerogative. The dress I want to take needs to be hemmed and I can’t find my straight pins! Rather than experience my frustration up close and personal, Jim is on his way to the cleaners to have them hem it. Scratch one thing from my list.
Then I couldn’t find my car keys which finally appeared under the $85 worth of Wilbur Buds we bought yesterday to haul with us to those who won’t see us unless we have it. I guess when I plopped the Buds down, I picked the same spot I plopped down the keys! Had it been the wine we are bringing for those same individuals I probably would have just opened it and forgot all about stress!
Pants are in the dryer ~ I’ll have something to wear to work in 3 hours now!
So much for Thursday morning!

I can totally relate. T-minus 2 days for me and finally all my bags are neatly packed (still have a couple of kilos of washing to do though ><)
